Game Ideas
The General Says
Directions: The "general" stands in the middle of the circle of chairs or in front of the lined-up group and gives commands to each person. These commands are not to be obeyed unless the command begins with the words, "The general says." Anyone who follows orders without this authority is out of the game and must sit down. Sample commands might include:
- Scratch your ear.
- Lift your left leg.
- Salute.
- Place both hands on your head.
- You can think of as many others as you like.
Knock Down the Wall
Directions: Make a pyramid of plastic bottles (detergent bottles would work well). Place three on the bottom, two in the middle, and one on top. Provide three bean bags. Players must upset all of the bottles with three chances to win a prize. Play until all of the children have received a small prize.

Edible Walls
Ingredients:

Directions: Let children build walls with different sized marshmallows, using peanut butter and/or chocolate icing for the cement and toothpicks to hold it together. Then tear it down by eating it!
