Kids like to fantasize about all sorts of things. Gross things are no exception. Why not cook up some fun with these totally disgusting yet yummy recipes!
Vomit on Toast (Sample picture below!)
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Tomato, diced
- Cooked carrot, diced
- 2 slices bread
Directions:
- Crack eggs in a bowl. Add milk, salt, and pepper. Beat together.
- Melt butter in a small frying pan and add egg mixture. Stir until you have scrambled eggs.
- Remove from heat. Stir in diced tomato and carrot.
- Toast the bread in a toaster or toaster oven.
- Pour mixture over toast. ENJOY!
Dracula Drink
Ingredients:
- Thick cucumber slice
- 8 oz glass of cola
- 1 sccop ice cream (any flavor)
- 2 drinking straws
Directions:
- Cut fangs out of the cucumber slice.
- Fill glass half the way with cola. Add ice cream and top off with the rest of the cola.
- Put in two straws and decorate with the fangs!
Mystery Man Plate (Sample picture below!)
Ingredients:
- 2 powdered donuts
- 2 large chocolate pieces
- Red food coloring
- Mini marshmallows
- 2 chocolate morsels
- Pieces of granola
Directions:
- Place 2 powdered donuts on a plate. Place a large chocolate piece in the center of each donut. Make eye veins with red food coloring and a paint brush.
- Microwave 2 chocolate morsels for 30 seconds. Make a smiling face out of mini marshmallows. On two of the mini marshmallows, put some chocolate to make it look like rotten teeth.
- Use granola pieces for the nose. YUM!
Slushy Slurp
Ingredients:
- Fruit juice (at least two different flavors)
- Ice cube trays
- Plastic bag either zip-lock or tie
- Rolling pin
- Glass and straw
Directions:
- Pour juices into an ice cube tray. Let them freeze for a few hours.
- Pop the juice out the trays, one color at a time, and put into the plastic bag. Seal the bag and smash the cubes with a rolling pin.
- Layer the colors in a glass. Sip through a straw.
Earwax Snacks (Sample picture below!)
Ingredients:
- Mini marshmallows
- Peanut butter
- Cotton swabs
Directions:
- Break of the cotton part of the swabs and throw the cotton part away (however many you want to make).
- Place a mini marshmallow on each end of the stick.
- Dip or spread mini marshmallows with peanut butter and set out on a plate with some regular cotton swabs for decoration. ENJOY!
Old Bandages
Ingredients:
- 10 graham crackers
- Strawberry fruit roll-up
- 20 large marshmallows
- 6 tablespoons milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups confectioner's sugar
- Orange food coloring
Directions:
- Break graham crackers into fourths along the perforated lines. Set aside.
- Unroll the fruit roll-up and tear off 40 dime-sized pieces to be used as scabs. Set aside.
- Cut marshmallows in half widthwise. Cut round edges off to make squares. This is the gauze. Set aside.
- Place milk and vanilla in a measuring cup and microwave on high for 20 seconds. Pour confectioner's sugar into this mix. Add two to three drops of orange food coloring to make a bandage color.
- Frost each graham cracker with the above mixture. Make coating thin enough that the holes on the graham cracker will come through. Press a marshmallow square down in the middle of the graham cracker, sticky side down. Moisten one side of a fruit roll-up piece and place on top of the marshmallow.
- Repeat to make a total of 40 bandages.
